Let's Work is looking for a line operator for a food company in the Pittem region.

As a line supervisor, you will be in charge of an entire production line and manage the people on the line.

• Monitoring the production process in terms of yield, quality, recipes, etc.

• Managing the staff based on their tasks

• Ensuring that your line continues to operate smoothly

• Actively working on the line (packaging, setting up the line, applying labels, providing vegetables)

your profile

• You have at least 3 years of experience in a production environment in a similar role; experience in the food industry is a plus

• You have experience reporting activities

• You are a people manager and a good organizer

• You have a hands-on mentality

• you can speak, read, and write fluently in English
